This Subscription Policy explains the terms and conditions for customers enrolled in TrySokosa's subscription program. By subscribing, you agree to the following terms regarding billing, shipments, cancellations, and account management.

How Subscriptions Work

  • When you subscribe to a TrySokosa product, you will receive automatic shipments at regular intervals based on your selected delivery frequency.
  • Subscriptions are designed to ensure you never run out of your favorite products while offering convenience and potential savings.
  • You maintain full control over your subscription and can modify or cancel it at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting our support team.

Billing and Automatic Renewals

  • Your subscription will be billed automatically according to the delivery frequency you selected at checkout (e.g., every 30, 60, or 90 days).
  • By subscribing, you authorize TrySokosa to charge your chosen payment method for each recurring order until you cancel your subscription.
  • You will receive an email notification prior to each upcoming charge as a reminder of your scheduled shipment.
  • Subscription prices are subject to change. You will be notified of any price changes before your next billing cycle, and you may cancel at any time if you do not wish to continue at the new price.

Managing Your Subscription

  • You can manage your subscription at any time by logging into your account at [your website URL].
  • Available modifications include:
    • Changing your delivery frequency
    • Updating product selections (flavor, size, quantity, etc.)
    • Skipping an upcoming shipment
    • Updating your shipping address
    • Changing your payment method
  • All changes must be made at least 24 hours before your next scheduled billing date to take effect for the upcoming order.

Cancellations

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time without penalty by logging into your account or contacting our support team at support@trysokosa.com.
  • To avoid being charged for your next shipment, please cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled renewal date.
  • Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
  • After cancellation, you will not be charged for any future shipments, but you will retain access to any remaining subscription benefits through the end of your current billing period.
  • If you cancel by mistake, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to reinstate your subscription with your original settings.

Pausing Your Subscription

  • If you need a temporary break, you can pause your subscription instead of canceling it.
  • While paused, you will not receive shipments or be charged until you choose to resume.

Shipping and Delivery

  • Subscription orders are processed and shipped according to your selected delivery schedule.
  • Standard shipping times apply to all subscription orders (typically 5-7 business days within the United States).
  • You will receive tracking information via email once your order ships.
  • If you need to update your shipping address, please do so at least 48 hours before your next scheduled shipment.

Failed Payments

  • If your payment method fails or is declined, you will be notified immediately via email.
  • Our system will automatically retry the payment within 24-48 hours.
  • If payment cannot be processed successfully after multiple attempts (typically 3-5 retry attempts over 7-10 days), your subscription may be automatically paused or canceled.
  • To avoid service interruption, please ensure your payment information is current and that your card has not expired.
  • You can update your payment method at any time through your account settings.

Refunds and Returns

  • Subscription orders are subject to the same Returns and Refund Policy as standard one-time purchases.
  • Orders that have already been shipped or are currently en route are not eligible for refunds or cancellations.
  • If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@trysokosa.com with photo or video proof.
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days of the original purchase date and items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.

  • Material changes to this policy will be communicated via email to active subscribers.
  • Continued use of the subscription service after policy changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
