OUR 100% "LOVE-IT" GUARANTEE: Try Sokosa completely risk-free! We believe strongly in the value of our products and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you don't absolutely love it for any reason, we'll give you a full refund on your first order. No questions asked!

A few things to keep in mind:

You must contact us within 30 days of the date of your delivery or we will not be able to accept your refund request. No exceptions.

The Love-It Guarantee applies only to your first order. If you place a second order, standard return policies apply.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

If you would like to return an item to Sokosa, you must contact us within 30 days of your purchase date to request a return.

We will confirm your return request and provide next steps within 24–48 hours.

Ship the item back to us in its original, unopened packaging a $5 processing fee will be deducted from your refund.

We will initiate your refund as soon as we receive your item and confirm it meets our return requirements. Your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days to the same payment method used for your original purchase. Once processed, it may take up to 15 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted. Items MUST be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging for a refund to be issued.

If you have not contacted us within 30 days of your purchase date to initiate a return, your item will NOT be refunded.

CANCELLATIONS

You have 7 hours from the time you place your order to request a cancellation. Orders that have already been processed, shipped, or are en route cannot be canceled or refunded. If your order has not yet entered fulfillment, we will do our best to accommodate your request.

EXCHANGES

We offer a one-time free exchange on all full-price purchases. If you use this exchange, all future refund requests for that order will be forfeited. Exchanges are not available on promotional or discounted items.

PROMOTIONAL & SALE ITEMS

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on items purchased through promotional offers. This includes BOGO deals, percentage-off sales, promotional bundles, limited-time discounts, sale items, and gift cards. Returns, exchanges, and refunds are available for full-priced items only.

SOKOSA REFILL CLUB MEMBERSHIP

Members may cancel their Sokosa Refill Club Membership at any time to prevent future charges. If you would like a refund on a membership charge that has already been processed, please contact us at info@trysokosa.com and we will be happy to assist. To cancel your membership, reach out to us at the same email.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us right away at info@trysokosa.com with photo or video proof of the issue. We must receive documentation of the problem in order to process your claim. Refunds will not be granted for products that are damaged due to customer misuse after delivery.

EU CUSTOMERS

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. Items must be in their original condition and packaging, and a receipt or proof of purchase is required.
