- Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST are processed the same day. Orders placed after this cut-off will be processed the next business day.

3. Delivery Time

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors outside of our control, including carrier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

6. Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If you need to update your address, contact us at support@sokosa.com immediately after placing your order. We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has entered fulfillment.
7. Delivery Confirmation
Carrier delivery confirmation shall be deemed conclusive proof of delivery to the address provided, even without a signature. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please contact us at support@sokosa.com within 48 hours and we will assist you.
